£32 million player is finished at Tottenham; he may not even be registered

Tottenham still have some work to do in terms of selling players this month.

Spurs have made two new additions, and they are now on the verge of having too many non-homegrown players in their roster, therefore they must cut some of the fat.

Sergio Reguilon, like Eric Dier, could be on his way out.

Indeed, according to Alasdair Gold, speaking on his YouTube channel, Reguilon is a player with no future at Tottenham and is expected to leave this month.

Interestingly, Gold stated that Reguilon will most likely not be registered at Spurs if he does decide to stay with the team.

Reguilon has no future.

Gold explained what he knew about the £32 million man.

Eric Dier

“Yesterday has taken them one player over the 17-man limit (of non-homegrown players) because Sergio Reguilon is back as well, but from what I understand Reguilon also has no future at Tottenham Hotspur, even if for some reason he sticks around they probably won’t register him,” Gold went on to say.

Shame

Reguilon’s situation is quite unfortunate, as he once appeared to be such a bright player.

Let’s not forget that Spurs were concerned about Real Madrid re-signing Reguilon not long ago, but following a terrible run of play over the last two years, it’s safe to assume that Reguilon will not be returning to the Bernabeu anytime soon.

According to reports, a deal is in the works for Reguilon, and most Premier League teams would be wise to pursue a player of this calibre.

Reguilon appears to have played his final Tottenham game, which is unfortunate.
