Chelsea will regret allowing Tottenham to sign a £25 million player if the deal goes through

According to recent reports, Chelsea is poised to miss out on an acquisition that has been in the works since the summer transfer season.

What makes matters worse is that the team that may benefit from the transfer is one of their Premier League rivals.

Antonio Nusa

Tottenham have been exceedingly clever in the last two transfer windows. The signing of James Maddison, in particular, has left some at Chelsea wondering why a deal to bring him to Stamford Bridge was not completed.

However, it has lately been suggested that Tottenham are ahead of Chelsea in the race to recruit Antonio Nusa from Club Brugge.

A figure of roughly £25 million is being touted as the minimum for the deal, and the Blues made their move late in the summer window to try to bring him in.

The player admitted Chelsea’s interest, even saying he couldn’t believe the fee they were willing to pay to sign him.

Antonio Nusa

Chelsea has to defeat Tottenham to Nusa.
However, the transaction fell through, despite the fact that his name has remained on the radar of some of the world’s top teams up to this day.

With important individuals at Stamford Bridge allegedly exploring the possibility of signing him, they may have seen those discussions quicken following the announcement that Spurs are considering a deal.

Chelsea has a history of signing some of the world’s top players before their competitors had a chance, but this is one deal they cannot afford to miss out on.

The winger has demonstrated for both club and nation that there are few players with his potential, and the team that is able to acquire his services for the future seasons will be extremely pleased with their efforts.
