Wales International receives the honour.
Leeds United is pleased to announce that Ethan Ampadu has been named Player of the Year for the 2023/24 season.
The 23-year-old joined the Whites last summer and has been a consistent performer under Daniel Farke, appearing in 48 games across all competitions this season.
Ampadu‘s versatility has been crucial, with him playing in both midfield and defence for long portions of the season.
In addition to his ability on the pitch, the Welsh international has captained the team on several occasions, demonstrating his leadership qualities.
He also scored his first goals for the club in an Emirates FA Cup tie at Peterborough United in January, scoring twice to help the team advance to the next round.
Following an outstanding first season at the club, Ampadu received this award, which was voted on by Leeds United fans.
He will now try to continue assisting Farke’s side as they strive for a successful end to the 2023/24 Sky Bet Championship season.
