Emerson Royal has been debating his next move as speculation grows that he will leave Tottenham this summer, but the Brazilian defender insists he is not thinking about it right now.

While the speculation mill continues to whirl for Royal, with strong ties to AC Milan, the Spurs player confessed he may need to leave the Premier League club to fulfil his goals with Brazil, but stressed the move is not on his thoughts at the moment because he is on holiday.
When asked about his future plans, Royal told UOL, “I’ve asked my agents not to talk to me about these issues for now because I’m on holiday, I recently got married, and I want to enjoy this moment.”
“I’ll have to have a meeting with them in the next few days because it’s a very important decision that I have to make now.”

He also discussed his goals, with an international recall at the top of his priority list, saying, “In life, nothing is easy; I’ve always struggled to be on the national team, and I will be. My next moves for the season will be based on that.
“Whether I stay or leave Tottenham, it’s always about playing for a place in the national team.” “I am going to fight for that.”
Earlier this week, Royal disclosed that negotiations had begun with AC Milan about a move to Italy, characterising the interest as ‘gratifying’ considering the club’s history of recruiting elite Brazilian players.
This relocation appears to be practically a done deal at this point. Spurs desire the sale, Royal is clearly excited about the prospect of joining Milan, and the Serie A club appears to be quite interested in him as well.
I believe this transaction will be completed quite early in the transfer window.
