Leeds United have agreed on a cost for Kristoffer Klaesson, and the transfer confirmation is almost ready

According to Nettavisen, Leeds United and Rakow Czestochowa in Poland have agreed on a fee for the sale of Kristoffer Klaesson.

On July 6, the Norweigan newspaper announced that the custodian would be in Poland to discuss personal matters and finish his physical. If all goes as planned, Klaesson should be disclosed by his new club as early as Sunday, July 7th.

Leeds are one of many clubs in England looking to make a number of changes to their squad this season. These have already begun to take place, with Archie Grey leaving for £40 million and Joe Rodon returning for £10 million. The Whites will be striving for promotion to the top division again this season, and they appear to have a good chance.

That is, assuming players like Crysencio Summerville and Georginio Rutter do not leave within the window. Although Klaesson was just a seven-time starter for the West Yorkshire club, the cash he brings in will almost certainly go towards Daniel Farke’s next signing.
Diego Llorente is another Leeds player who has frequently been linked with a move away from Elland Road.

The defender has been away from the club for 18 months and is expected to join Betis permanently this summer for a cost of roughly £3.3 million.
It is time to get rid of the deadwood.
