Nottingham Forest’s pre-season tour to Spain is coming to an end following a good week in the sun.

On Friday night, Nuno Espirito Santo’s team will face Elche from La Liga 2 in the third of their friendly in Spain.
Then it’s back to the City Ground for Forest, who face La Liga side Villarreal next week.

However, the squad has continued to practice in Spain between games, with some new faces becoming acquainted with their surroundings.

Nuno’s side has already received five new players this summer, with more expected in the coming weeks.

And it appears that two of the players Evangelos Marinakis signed this summer have already settled into the squad comfortably.

Nottingham Forest’s summer additions are settling in right away.

Forest have won two of their first three friendlies, giving them an unblemished record heading into Friday’s clash.
However, one concern has emerged from those games: Elliot Anderson’s limping off against Millwall on Tuesday night.

The summer acquisition had made a promising start with the Reds, but Forest are now waiting for his fitness report.

This summer, Forest signed five players, including defender Nikola Milenkovic and winger Eric da Silva Moreira.

It’s always encouraging to see new players adjust to their new surroundings quickly, as Milenkovic and Moreira appear to have done.

When the players are given the opportunity to perform in front of the spectators, the results will be evident.

However, the early indicators are quite promising, with the two blending in perfectly with their new teammates during preseason training.

Getting players in early in the window may be extremely beneficial to the manager since it gives the new players time to bond and prepare for the first game of the Premier League season.

Forest seems to have done an excellent job in the window, and it appears to be paying off in these training session images.
