Tottenham are still exploring a deal for Nottingham Forest’s Brennan Johnson and may potentially make a number of offers to do so.
In recent weeks, Johnson has emerged as a player of interest to the Spurs. Forest have so far rejected proposals from Brentford in order to maintain hold of the attacker.
A bid of around £50 million, on the other hand, is said to pique Forest‘s interest.
According to The Telegraph, Tottenham may now try to get Forest to the table by providing a number of players who might bring the entire price closer to £50 million.
For Forest supporters, Djed Spence stands out among them. After shining for the Reds during their promotion season, many fans at the City Ground would welcome him back.
Bryan Gil and Joe Rodon are two more players the Spurs might give in exchange for Johnson. Both have been placed on the club’s transfer list and are free to go.
