A player with 17 goal contributions in the previous season is put on trial by Nottingham Forest.

With a few more acquisitions needed for the 2024–25 season, Nottingham Forest is working hard to bolster its roster.

At their training camp in Spain, the team has welcomed four new players, and Evangelos Marinakis will continue to support Nuno Espirito Santo.
Before the transfer window shuts at the end of next month, the Reds are looking to add a striker and a winger, and they have money open for other players.

This time around, Forest will put quality over quantity in the transfer market as they attempt to behave like a seasoned Premier League team.

The teenage forward will be starting a two-week trial at the Nigel Doughty Academy by arriving at the City Ground on Monday.
At this point, it’s unclear if he will work with the B-Team or the senior ranks, and Sillah may have the opportunity to sign a contract.

Journalist Foday Manneh from Gambian news reports that Sillah is scheduled to arrive in England tomorrow night and start training.

Following his 17-goal season of service for the local team Steve Bilko FC, Forest is giving this extremely gifted athlete a closer examination.

Forest is definitely searching for a left-footer, as Sillah scored 14 goals and earned three assists from the left wing.

Plenty of interest in Sillah.

Though not the only team to keep an eye on the adaptable forward, Forest is the only one to extend an invitation for a trial.
It is evident that Sillah has outgrown Gambian domestic football and is eager to make the move to a European team.
