Predicted starting lineup for Nottingham Forest Vs Fulham For Premier League Clash.

The unfortunate absence of Morgan Gibbs-White will present a challenge for Nottingham Forest head coach Nuno Espirito Santo on Saturday in the Premier League match at the City Ground against Fulham.

The England international received two cautions during the intense 2-2 draw with Brighton & Hove Albion last Saturday. His suspension is expected to last at least one game, but there are worries that it may go up to two.

At the absolute least, Gibbs-White will be absent from Saturday’s match due to injury, along with Danilo (ankle), Ibrahim Sangare (hamstring), and Willy Boly (calf). Santo is still awaiting his destiny after being accused of inappropriate behavior during the Brighton tie, where he and Fabian Hurzeler were also sent off.

Santo may choose to be cautious when selecting Gibbs-White’s replacements and move Ryan Yates back into the midfield with James Ward-Prowse, giving Elliot Anderson the opportunity to play as number ten.

If that’s the case, the former Newcastle United starlet would team up with Chris Wood and Callum Hudson-Odoi in the final third, but Ramon Sosa, who scored Forest’s second goal the previous weekend, is putting pressure on Anthony Elanga.

Santo shouldn’t feel the need to change the lineup of Ola Aina, Murillo, Nikola Milenkovic, and Alex Moreno in front of Matz Sels, who is still holding the 6′ 8″ Carlos Miguel at bay, given that the 2024–25 Premier League season has only seen four goals conceded thus far.

Potential starting lineup for Nottingham Forest: Sels; Aina, Milenkovic, Murillo, Moreno; Yates, Ward-Prowse; Sosa, Anderson, Hudson-Odoi; Wood.
