Rangers’ projected starting lineup at Queen’s Park includes Mohamed Diomande cut as a midfielder.

Mohamed Diomande may be removed from Rangers’ starting lineup by Philippe Clement as one of six changes for their Scottish Cup matchup against Queen’s Park on Sunday.

It would be wise for the Belgian to rest the Ivorian for Bailey Rice because he has performed well lately after having a question mark over his head for the duration of the season.
It was anticipated that John Souttar, Nico Raskin, Vaclav Cerny, Ianis Hagi, and Cyriel Dessers would be the other five changes.

With the Gers keeping to their 4-2-3-1 system, Robin Propper, Connor Barron, Nedim Bajrami, Tom Lawrence, and Ross McCausland could take their spot.

When Rangers played Queen’s Park, Mohamed Diomande was left out of the starting lineup.
Jack Butland will undoubtedly be in goal, and although this could be a fantastic opportunity for Liam Kelly to regain his reputation, Butland has been feeling a little rusty lately, so he could need some more playing time.
Our first team change is probably going to be in the defensive line, where Propper replaces Souttar and Clinton Nsiala keeps his spot while James Tavernier and Jefte remain at full-back.

With Barron and Rice, two young talents, taking their places in the engine room, Diomande and Raskin are probably going to sit out and enjoy some well-earned rest.

The biggest change is probably going to occur in the attack, as Cerny, Dessers, and Hagi will all probably be rested to concentrate on more crucial games.
Although the Morocco international deserves some rest, Hamza Igamane will lead the offensive line because he hasn’t been playing well lately and might use a little boost in confidence against Queen’s Park.

An update about Ridvan Yilmaz’s future has been provided in other Rangers news.
