Tanguy Ndombele and Maxime Lopez could be on Inter Milan’s radar late in the transfer season.
According to Sky Sport Italia transfer market analyst Gianluca Di Marzio, who revealed on air via FCInter1908 that the Nerazzurri are interested in signing midfielders from Tottenham Hotspur and Sassuolo, and that Kristjan Asllani might leave on loan.
After confirming the arrival of Benjamin Pavard, Inter have already made eleven acquisitions this summer.
However, Di Marzio believes the Nerazzurri are not finished yet. Inter‘s priority in the remaining few days of the transfer window could be to strengthen their midfield.
According to Di Marzio, the Nerazzurri may sign not one, but two more midfielders this summer.
Inter Milan may sign both Ndombele and Lopez, while Asllani may leave on loan.
Di Marzio confirmed that both Ndombele and Lopez are Inter targets.
In the case of the Tottenham midfielder, the fact that he is utterly out of favour in North London may indicate that he is a feasible choice on loan very late in the summer.
As a result, the Nerazzurri are in talks to see if they can bring the Frenchman in to strengthen their midfield.
And Di Marzio confirms that Inter are interested in Neroverdi midfielder Lopez.
Lopez, like his countryman Ndombele, would be an opportunistic target for the Nerazzurri. He wants to leave Sassuolo but has so far stayed at the Mapei Stadium.
And, according to Di Marzio, Inter do not regard Ndombele and Lopez as viable alternatives; instead, they may try to sign both.
Meanwhile, if Inter makes another midfield deal, preferably two, Asllani could be loaned out.
According to previous reports, the Albanian might be part of a swap deal with Sassuolo for Lopez.
