If the claims are true, Leeds United selling the 26-year-old for £30 million would be fantastic business – opinion

Leeds United have a handful of loan players that do not look to have a long-term future at the club.

If recent reports are right, the likes of Marc Roca, Robin Koch, and Sam Greenwood are unlikely to play for the Whites again, but there are a few others whose future at Elland Road is more uncertain.

Jack Harrison is one of such individuals. Harrison was one of eight senior members of Leeds‘ first-team squad to secure a temporary release following the club’s relegation from the Premier League last season.

Harrison was able to secure a quick return to England’s top flight with Everton, despite the fact that no option-to-buy agreement was reached between the two clubs.

According to TeamTalk, there is a desire at Everton to make his move permanent, but Leeds will seek a cost of roughly £30 million to do so.

Harrison has made a good start to his loan term at Goodison Park, but he has begun to display the inconsistency that was evident at Leeds.

Harrison, who scored and assisted on his full Premier League debut, has come under fire following Everton’s last two games for a lack of end product in the final third.

The 26-year-old was always dependable for attacking output at Leeds, but his tendency to blow hot and cold was a cause of annoyance for fans.

That appears to be transferring to Everton. If 777 Partners’ purchase of Everton is successful and the club’s Premier League survival is guaranteed for another year, the Toffees will have money to spend.

If Everton agrees to San Francisco 49ers Enterprises£30 million demands, Leeds will benefit by about £19 million, which is an amazing piece of business.
