Solly March of Brighton is reportedly set to undergo another knee surgery after suffering a serious injury away at Manchester City earlier this season.
The 29-year-old landed awkwardly in the 2-1 loss at the Etihad in October, prompting manager Roberto De Zerbi to declare the winger out for “a long time.”
According to The Athletic, March has undergone surgery to repair meniscus damage and will also undergo surgery to repair a ruptured cruciate ligament.
The former Lewes star, who had eight goals and eight assists last season, also had knee surgery in February 2021 for a torn meniscus and was out for six months as a result.
March, who has three goals and one assist in the 2023/24 season, also tore an ACL in December 2015, sidelining him for 11 months.
