On November 23rd, Mundo Deportivo stated that Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Giovani Lo Celso is Barcelona’s major January target.

Although AS claims Barcelona has not made a play for the South American, it is not anticipated they would have much success even if they did… especially in terms similar to the last time.
