Stoke City fans are invited to a Fan Assembly on Thursday, February 6, to review the club’s membership and loyalty programs.
The event will be hosted by members of the Club’s senior management team and representatives from Stoke City Connect, an independently selected supporter panel, from 6pm to 7.30pm in the 1863 Suite at the bet365 Stadium. The event is open to all supporters, and those who desire to attend are asked to register online by 9 a.m. on Tuesday, February 4.
The Club feels that its present membership and loyalty programs lack clarity, engagement, and appeal among supporters and should be evaluated. The session’s goal will be to gather feedback and ideas from fans ahead of developing new plans for the 25/26 season.
The upcoming event will be the Potters’ seventh Fan Assembly since the publication of their inaugural Fan Engagement Plan in February 2024, with sessions on designing the 25/26 home kit, matchday experience, junior fan experience, environment & sustainability, and women & girls taking place in the previous year.
