Before Spurs’ match, Ange Postecoglou delivers a message to Erik ten Hag, the manager of Manchester United.

As Tottenham gets ready for its Sunday trip to Old Trafford, Ange Postecoglou has lauded the work done by Erik ten Hag, the manager of Manchester United, who is currently under criticism.

Ten Hag is under increased pressure after his United team has only won three of its first seven games this season, following a shoddy midweek Europa League draw.

After winning just one of their first four games, Spurs, on the other hand, came under fire early on, but Posteoglou‘s team has since rebounded with three straight victories.

In the high-stress atmosphere of Old Trafford, an understanding Postecoglou was eager to present Ten Hag with his flowers for his remarkable trophy haul as the two teams got ready for their Sunday matchup.

He told reporters on Friday, “I think Erik’s in a really tough job and he’s done really well.”

Everyone keeps telling me that’s all I have to do, but when you accomplish that, there’s always more to do. He keeps saying he’s won two prizes, and that’s not inconsequential. He completed a challenging yet excellent job.

“I don’t know who coined the phrase “the impossible job,” but I think it’s become even more impossible now,” the Spurs manager went on.

It seems that without identity, achievement is insufficient, and that without beauty, identity is insufficient as well. If aesthetics aren’t accompanied with legacy, they are insufficient.

“There’s always more on top.” It appears like nobody is performing well unless they emerge victorious from the competition at the conclusion of the year.

There doesn’t appear to be any comprehension of advancement or the conditions under which people occasionally work.

But that’s just the way the job is. That won’t change, in my opinion. It all depends, I suppose, on how you take it, how you react, and how you allow it to impact you.

“You might be able to handle these situations better the more experience you have.”
