The US Men’s National Team is set to host Bolivia, Panama, and Uruguay.
As the 48th edition of Copa America approaches, Gregg Berhalter has announced the group that will represent the United States on home soil, including Leeds United attacking midfielder Brendan Aaronson.
Berhalter‘s team drew 1-1 with Brazil in their final pre-tournament friendly on Wednesday night, with Aaronson replacing Timothy Weah in the second half and making his 41st appearance for the USMNT.
The United States faces a difficult Group C, overcoming Bolivia, Panama, and a Uruguay side managed by former Leeds United head coach Marcelo Bielsa in order to get to the Quarter-Finals.
Aaronson enters the competition after playing 30 Bundesliga games for Union Berlin previous season, as well as six Champions League matches against Real Madrid, Napoli, and SC Braga.
