There is a lot of fear at the City Ground about Nuno Espirito Santo‘s ability to keep Forest afloat this season.
A result at Kenilworth Road on Saturday afternoon might have a significant impact on the club’s mood as it approaches the international break.

The winger came under his former England U17 manager, Cooper, with whom he previously won the U17 World Cup.

However, Cooper was fired in December, thus the connection did not last very long.

When asked about the 44-year-old, Hudson-Odoi stated that he thinks Cooper‘s stint at Forest did not go well this season.
He stated, “I’ve always had a terrific relationship with Coops. He’s a fantastic manager and a great guy, and he’s disappointed things didn’t work out.”

Since his departure and Espirito Santo‘s arrival, the 23-year-old has three goals and two assists in 16 appearances.

The winger had a three-game scoring streak last month.

However, he has not scored in his last three Forest appearances.

He did not start the weekend’s game against Brighton & Hove Albion, but as Forest look for goals, he may be recalled to the starting lineup.

There is a lot on the line for Forest against Luton Town on Saturday, and starting Hudson-Odoi after his form last month may be the difference.
