Djed Spence issues a three-word remark following Tottenham’s training session.

After a Tottenham training session in Australia, Djed Spence writes a three-word remark.

Djed Spence was among the Tottenham Hotspur players that trained at the WACA facility in front of 6,000 supporters on Monday under Ange Postecoglou. Following the workout, the right uploaded a snapshot of himself in training on Instagram.
“Back To Business,” he captioned it.
The tweet received supportive responses from his colleagues Dane Scarlett and Japhet Tanganga, as well as Rennes’ Jeremy Doku.

Tottenham coaches Matt Wells and Mile Jedinak were spotted practicing with a back four of Spence, Eric Dier, Joe Rodon, and Harvey White, with Alfie Whiteman in goal, according to Football.London.

What is next for Spence?
Four of the five guys do not play regularly for us. As a result, it’s possible that Spence is among the backups.
However, this is insufficient to predict what the manager has in store for his first season in north London. Spence joined us from Middlesbrough for a cost of £20 million last summer.

That was a large sum of money to pay for a Championship player. And he struggled under Antonio Conte, appearing in only three Premier League minutes before being farmed out to Stade Rennais for the second half of the season.

Conte oversaw Tottenham‘s acquisition of Pedro Porro. However, the former Sporting CP and Manchester City defender is usually regarded as our starting right-back.

Spence (22) may have been more optimistic about his chances if the Spaniard had been his lone competitor for minutes. However, Emerson Royal would be an impediment. But, at the very least, the trio has a new beginning under the Greek-Australian coach.

Spurs face West Ham United in an exhibition match in Australia on Tuesday (18 July). It remains to be seen who gets the nod at right-back. Those that start such games are often not labeled starters, although they do have the option to modify that title. Spence hopes to do the same.
