Luca Furnell-Gill, a Liverpool teenager, is serving a ban after being charged by the FA for violent conduct while playing for the under-18s.
He admitted to a disciplinary charge following a clash with Manchester United earlier this year.
The Football Association suspended Furnell-Gill for five games after accepting a charge of aggressive conduct during an Under-18 Premier League North match at United’s Carrington training base on January 30.
The 17-year-old defender was captured on camera in an altercation with Manchester United forward Ethan Wheatley during the second half of the game, which Liverpool lost 4–3.
The Liverpool teenager was seen turning to throw a punch at Wheatley as he chased rival player Ethan Williams in the build-up to United’s second goal, and then battled with the same player, aiming an elbow. The referee spoke to both players, but none was punished.

He joined Liverpool from Preston North End at the U15 level, made his U18 debut as an U16 player last season, and is now a first-year scholar with the U18 squad.
