Gabby Agbonlahor, a TalkSPORT analyst, has pushed Tottenham to recruit Ivan Toney from Brentford in the January transfer window.
The team of Ange Postecoglou is presently fourth in the Premier League rankings. Spurs have rebounded strongly after going five games without a win, winning three in a row. Tottenham would become a ‘frightening’ team if they buy Toney in the January transfer window, according to Agbonlahor.

Hueng-min Son is one of the Premier League’s greatest forwards, and Dejan Kulusevski has been outstanding this season.
Before his injury, James Maddison was perhaps the best player in the country, and to everyone’s surprise, Richarlison is firing now as well, with four goals in his previous three games.
Tottenham will, however, be without Son for a few weeks as he travels to represent South Korea. They have yet to replace Harry Kane, which is not ideal in the long run.
That’s why Gabby Agbonlahor has pushed Ange Postecoglou to recruit a new striker next month, and he believes Ivan Toney, 27, is the best option.
“Spurs are another one that needs to go out and get Ivan Toney, if I was Brentford I’d have an auction, I’d say, ‘Here’s the amount, going once, going twice…'” said the commentator.

“[Dejan] Kulusevski on the right, Son [Heung-min] on the left, a top striker like Toney with Maddison in behind, Spurs would be frightening!”
Toney would be fantastic at Tottenham.
Tottenham deserve a lot of credit for achieving so well this season despite losing Harry Kane just before the season began.
The Englishman is regarded as one of the world’s top attackers. He carried Spurs for years, and while he hasn’t truly been missed, Tottenham could use a guy like him.
Of course, bringing back England’s captain is currently out of the question. So signing Ivan Toney, a guy that Declan Rice compared to Kane last year, would be the next best thing.
Tottenham would be a frightening opponent with a front three of Son, Toney, and Kulusevski, with Maddison pulling the strings from behind them.
