In the coming days, Euro club will begin talks with Leeds star about a permanent deal, with a three-year contract on the table

According to BILD, Eintracht Frankfurt will hold talks with Leeds United loanee Robin Koch about a permanent transfer in the coming days.

The German news outlet reports on their website (2 January) that the club is willing to offer the defender a three-year contract worth roughly £52,000 per week.

Koch is expected to join after making an impression on loan at Leeds, and his contract with the club is set to expire in the summer.

Robin Koch (27) joined on a one-year loan from Premier League relegated Leeds United last July.” It was evident after only a few minutes that the eight-time international player was a big hit!” They put pen to paper.

“The Eintracht management wants to meet with the defender in the coming days to discuss a permanent position.” Since the beginning of the year, the club has been able to openly negotiate with Koch, whose contract with Leeds expires in the summer.

“Anything less than a firm commitment to unity would come as a huge surprise.”

“The plan is for Koch to sign a three-year contract extension until 2027 in January.” So far, the EM candidate has made almost 3.5 million dollars every year. But it’s worth every penny.”

Expected

Nobody expected Koch to return to the club after leaving on loan with only a year remaining on his Elland Road deal.

Anyone who watched him at Leeds will be unsurprised by his performances in the Bundesliga, since he was easily our best center-back during his time here.

Robin Koch

It’s unfortunate that the club isn’t in a position to earn a price for him, given his potential high value, but it’s a symptom of the club’s previous ownership, which is still evident.

Koch will not be at Leeds next season, and he will most likely play well wherever he goes, but fans at Elland Road will not be wishing him well after he left us as soon as we were relegated.

The supporters will not want someone who does not want to be here, therefore this appears to be the ideal time for the club and player to part ways.
