Teddy Sherringham, a legend of Manchester United, asserted that Liverpool is definitely in the running for the Premier League title, despite his early doubts about the Reds’ chances.
Under Arne Slot, Liverpool has won three of their first four games this season, putting them in a scorching start. The Reds’ brand of football under their new manager has also encouraged supporters, as has their defense, which has kept them goalless thus far.
Due to Slot’s rapid adjustment to Merseyside, Sheringham, who had concerns about the Reds’ involvement in this year’s title campaign, now thinks Liverpool is right in the mix.
