Leeds United have reportedly taken former Sunderland youngster Mason Cotcher on trial at Thorp Arch.
The 17-year-old has had trials at several respectable clubs this season, including Arsenal and Manchester United, and is currently being evaluated by Leeds, according to the Sunderland Echo.
The former Sunderland teen left the club last summer and has spent this season on trial at several clubs, but has yet to agree new terms and is thought to be considering multiple possibilities. Cotcher most recently scored for Leeds in a 1-0 victory over his former club Sunderland, as United maintained their unbeaten streak.
Leeds‘ U18s are in the FA Youth Cup quarterfinals this week, seeking to beat Liverpool and advance to the semi-finals against Millwall.
