Arne Slot is the favourite to succeed Jurgen Klopp as Liverpool manager this summer, according to Marco van Basten.

The Dutchman is now strongly associated with joining Liverpool this summer as the club looks to replace Klopp.

His presence in the Netherlands would be beneficial to Dutch football, so I hope he stays longer. He truly can go anywhere, including Liverpool and Bayern Munich. I genuinely believe that.
“What he does and what he sees is very strong,” I’ve spoken to him a few times. He is calm and clever, has excellent communication skills, is well-versed in tactics, and gets along well with the other players. Because he is so smart, I believe he can attend any club, even the most challenging ones.He demonstrates his many talents on all fronts.

“I believe that because he has better players who pick up on his ideas more quickly, it will be even easier for him at a higher level.” He seems smart enough, in my opinion, to handle players who are obstinate.
Wim Jonk, a former Netherlands international, also supported Slot’s success at Liverpool.
Jonk remarked, “He gave Feyenoord a face.”
Considering how far forward Arne has come, I would like that. Liverpool is comparable to England’s Feyenoord.
