Rangers manager Mick Beale is dismissing reports connecting Glen Kamara to a £5 million move to Leeds United this month.
The last thing Leeds United supporters need right now is more bad news after a weekend of hell at Elland Road, with Birmingham City’s 91st-minute winner on Saturday afternoon adding insult to injury, with Jack Harrison gone and both Wilfried Gnonto and Crysencio Summerville seemingly destined to follow him.
Leeds United have identified Finland international Glen Kamara as a potential £5 million addition to Daniel Farke‘s increasingly thin squad, according to the Yorkshire Evening Post.
Those anticipating for Kamara‘s immediate arrival at Thorpe Arch, on the other hand, will be disappointed.

When asked about Kamara‘s possible move to Leeds, Beale told the Glasgow Times, “There’s nothing in that one at the moment.”
Out of favour at Ibrox, the former Arsenal youth player will almost probably leave before the end of the month. Kamara was again left out of Saturday’s 4-0 thrashing of Livingston. In Beale‘s pecking order, he has dropped behind newcomers Kieran Dowell and Jose Cifuentes. Nicolas Raskin, a hard worker, also arrived in January.
“Glen Kamara is the player who’s definitely going to move on,” Beale said last week, according to Yahoo Sports.
There is no shortage of interest, according to reports, even if Leeds’ admiration for the 27-year-old may be exaggerated. Lyon and Borussia Monchengladbach are two possibilities.
For the time being, Leeds can still rely on Tyler Adams.
Adams was set to join Chelsea for roughly £20 million over the weekend. However, the transaction fell through. Instead, Mauricio Pochettino will break the British transfer record for £115 million Moises Caicedo, with Southampton‘s Romeo Lavia possibly close following.
