Richarlison has found his form for Tottenham in recent weeks.
The Brazilian has six goals in his previous six league appearances and is finally looking like a £60 million player at Tottenham.
However, despite his strong form, speculation of a move away from Tottenham persists.
The striker has been linked with a move to the Saudi League for some time, and George Sessions, speaking on The Spurs Chat Podcast, has now raised the possibility of the attacker joining Real Madrid.
Indeed, Sessions claims that Richarlison to Real Madrid has always been considered a possibility, and that if the striker maintains his current form, this may happen this summer.
Richarlison could potentially move to Madrid.
Sessions talked about the striker.
“Unless someone from the Saudi league comes in with a large bid, or from a romantic standpoint, Real Madrid will step in. If Richarlison has a strong finish to the season and Real Madrid wants another Brazilian number nine, Sessions believes it is a possibility.
Would make sense.
As bizarre as it seems, given Richarlison’s terrible form over the last 18 months, this is a move that makes sense.
As we all know, Real Madrid adores their Brazilian strikers, and with Carlo Ancelotti in charge, Richarlison might emerge as a target.
Let’s not forget that Richarlison was one of Ancelotti’s favourites at Everton, and Madrid do require a new striker, as Joselu is now regularly tasked with leading their line.
Of course, the upcoming arrival of Kylian Mbappe may complicate matters little, but if Mbappe goes elsewhere, don’t be surprised if Richarlison is on Los Blancos‘ radar.
