Rangers completed the transaction? David Edgar provides an update on the rumor of Lyall Cameron’s transfer.

According to David Edgar, a Rangers deal for Lyall Cameron is not yet finalized.

In order to lure the midfield player to Ibrox in the summer, the Gers have discussed a deal with the 22-year-old’s camp [Scott Burns].

All winter long, the Light Blues have expressed interest in the Dundee player, and on January 28, one fan on X seemed to believe a deal was finalized.

“I’ve been informed that the Lyle Cameron deal is finalized,” they stated. True?

Edgar responded, “Nothing official yet,” indicating that he has not received any confirmation.

Rangers have not yet confirmed the deal with Lyall Cameron.
Without a doubt, Philippe Clement’s team hopes to sign the adaptable midfield player this winter or possibly in the summer.

Aberdeen is rumored to have held discussions with the representatives of the Scotland under-21 international [Anthony Joseph], and the Gers will be hoping to fend off their interest.

Cameron’s signing would be a huge coup for the Light Blues and a warning to the rest of the Scottish Premiership if the Dons are beaten to it.

After assuming control of the boardroom at Ibrox, Patrick Stewart and company must recruit the league’s top players to G51.
This might now go on with Cameron in the winter, as it did with Connor Barron in the summer.

After going years without playing Celtic, this might be a positive start toward being able to do so more frequently.

In other Rangers news, a US investor revealed he has made an approach to purchase a stake in the Ibrox club for £40 million.
