Tottenham manager Ange Postecoglou has recently given young players opportunities due to injuries and suspensions in his squad. Alfie Dorrington and Jamie Donley were among the substitutes in the previous game. Donley made his first team debut earlier this month against Manchester City.

Jahziah Linton appears to be the next in line presently. This week, the gifted young defender was given an opportunity to shine in practice.

The 19-year-old practiced with numerous first-team players ahead of tomorrow’s Premier League game against Nottingham Forest, and it remains to be seen whether he is named to the bench.

Even if the 19-year-old is named to the bench, it will be an excellent experience for him, and the kid will undoubtedly be encouraged to work harder in order to make his way into the first-team group.

The 19-year-old was seen practicing with players such as Giovani Lo Celso and Emerson Royal in a video broadcast on the club’s official YouTube page.

The Tottenham Academy graduate is highly regarded within the club and has a bright future. Postecoglou’s concentration on young players this season could pay out big in the long run, especially if players like Donley and others can use this experience to grow in the coming years.
