Scott joined the Lilywhites in 2004 as Head of Physiotherapy from Fulham, and he had been officially appointed Head of Science for six seasons.
According to his LinkedIn page, the New Zealand physio headed the medical and performance staff at Spurs and claimed a “significant reduction” in player injuries after taking on the role of Head of Medicine. Scott spent his time at Tottenham under a number of different managers, but after making an appearance in the club’s “All or Nothing” documentary, he started to get recognition there.

In his most recent YouTube video, Alasdair Gold disclosed that Head of Medicine Geoff Scott has departed Tottenham following twenty years of employment there.
“Quite a big, not in recruitment, but departure from the club from someone you might be used to seeing his face in, either in the Amazon All or Nothing documentary or in matches running onto the pitch,” Gold stated.
“I believe he has spent twenty years with the Spurs. He departed the club and is from New Zealand. He no longer holds that role, albeit I haven’t been able to identify that person yet. There’s a new head of—I believe it’s a different title but basically taken on the same role—and I’m still trying to figure it out.
