There has been chatter of Santi Gimenez and Jonathan David, and they are on the list, but so is Ivan Toney. If they can get him for less than £40 million, I don’t think it’s a bad deal for Tottenham.

Ivan Toney for under £40 million would be a huge coup for Tottenham this summer, comparable to how they grabbed James Maddison at a discount last year. I assume that is exactly what Spurs are doing as well, waiting for Brentford to lower their asking price even further as they become more desperate to sell.
