Leeds United transfer rumours are all wrapped up.
On Monday, December 4, here are your Leeds United transfer rumours.
Leeds has been linked with a move for Sunderland‘s defender.
Leeds United are one of several clubs interested in Sunderland full-back Trai Hume. According to TeamTalk, the Whites will compete with Burnley and Leicester City to sign the Northern Ireland international defender.
Hume joined Sunderland for less than £200,000 in the summer of 2022, but he has since established himself as a regular starter for the Black Cats, playing a key role in their run to the Championship play-off semi-finals last season.
Leeds are reportedly interested in the 21-year-old, who has six international caps and can play anywhere across the back four as well as in central midfield.
Championship rivals are interested in Cresswell’s move.
Middlesbrough will look to replace Darragh Lenihan, who is injured, in January, and Leeds United defender Charlie Cresswell has emerged as a possible transfer target.
According to The Sun journalist Alan Nixon, who claims on his Patreon page that Boro are interested in loaning out both the England under-21 international and Nottingham Forest captain Joe Worrall.
Boro‘s season has been rejuvenated in recent weeks after a difficult start, and Michael Carrick’s side has realistic ambitions of securing a play-off spot as well as reaching the Carabao Cup semi-finals.
Cresswell has struggled for playing time at Leeds United this season, but he recently signed a long-term contract with the club. He will be desperate to play regularly elsewhere, but the Whites may be unwilling to assist a promotion rival.
