Michy Batshuayi, a former Premier League striker, is currently under consideration by Nottingham Forest to join them from Fenerbahce.
Before the transfer window shuts and Forest loses Brennan Johnson, who Tottenham Hotspur wants, Steve Cooper is hoping to add more firepower.
According to Belgian journalist Sacha Tavolieri, Nottingham Forest and Fenerbahce are currently in communication with Batshuayi.
Batshuayi is eager to move to the City Ground and the negotiations are underway; he would cost €10 million.
Batshuayi has played for Chelsea and Crystal Palace and has experience performing in the Premier League.
Since 2021, the striker has been representing Turkey in football, initially on loan with Besiktas and most recently with Fenerbahce.
He has already contributed to Fenerbahce’s scoring this season, scoring twice in the competitions for the Europa Conference League.
Nottingham Forest is in a race against time to complete the capture of the Belgian attacker as the transfer window closes.
