They had an initial verbal bid of €23m turned down, with the club seeing €30m. Sky Sports journalist Rudy Galetti, previously indicated that Spurs were readying a second bid closer to Genoa’s valuation, aiming to secure the deal.

However, journalist Sacha Tavolieri’s latest update reveals that Tottenham’s revised offer of €25 million plus bonuses has also been turned down. Yet, amid this setback, Tavolieri suggests a potential hitch for Napoli, another club keen on Dragusin.
As per him, Dragusin has sold his image rights to an external company, something which is a big no for the Italian side who ask all the players to give the club their image rights. This could come as a hurdle for Napoli, giving Spurs another opportunity to send in a better offer to close the deal for the 21-year-old.

TBH Says:
Considering that we turned our focus from Jean-Clair Todibo to Dragusin because Spurs did not want to get into prolonged negotiations with Nice, we are making quite a meal out of the Dragusin deal as well. If the manager has approved the player, it is pointless going back and forth for a couple of millions and potentially risking the deal.
