A formal decision has been made regarding Leeds United’s matchup with Harrogate Town in the FA Cup.

James Bell will make a brief Whites comeback for Saturday night’s FA Cup third-round match between Leeds United and Harrogate Town at Elland Road, where the officials have been named.
Bell, a Select Group 2 referee, officiated the Championship match between Leeds and Oxford United in December at Elland Road, where Daniel Farke‘s Whites won 4-0.

Twenty-one days later, Bell will also officiate Saturday night’s FA Cup match, which will be Farke‘s Whites’ first-ever competitive encounter with League Two neighbors Harrogate Town. Bell was also in charge of the preseason friendly against Valencia and the 1-0 home loss to Burnley in September.
Sebastian Stockbridge will serve as the fourth official for the match, and Ian Cooper and James Mainwaring have been appointed as assistant referees.
