Tottenham and sources agree on an agreement for George Feeney to join.

Tottenham have agreed to sign striker sensation George Feeney, according to Football Insider sources.

Spurs beat out many Premier League clubs in the race to capture the 16-year-old from Northern Irish club Glentoran.

The forward is the son of former Northern Ireland international Warren Feeney, and he has received high praise for his efforts with Glentoran since his debut as a 15-year-old.

The Premier League’s top clubs have been keeping a close eye on his growth, with the competition for the teenager’s signing heating up in recent months.

Tottenham were successful in wooing the youngster, and he will move to north London this summer.

Tottenham won the race to sign striker George Feeney.

Feeney has one goal in ten appearances for Glentoran since breaking into the main team this season.

His father, who led the Northern Irish side until March, gave him his debut in September last year.

This year, the adolescent moved his international allegiance from Northern Ireland to Wales after playing for their U-16s side.

Feeney will now transfer to Tottenham after they convinced him that north London is the perfect environment for him to continue his development.

Although the forward is unlikely to play in the first team for some time, the Spurs squad is expected to change significantly once the transfer window reopens.

Ange Postecoglou has openly stated that he wants “drastic change” this summer, after insiders told Football Insider that a “huge” revamp is planned to ensure the squad is capable of playing his high-octane style of football.

In other news, Tottenham have disclosed their plans for Yves Bissouma.
