Tottenham cannot match Chelsea’s transfer advantage for the 19-year-old Liverpool and Milan target

Current Chelsea transfer rumors and headlines as the Blues could have an advantage over Tottenham in the summer transfer window to sign Patrick Dorgu, a defender for Lecce

There have been rumors circulating recently that Spurs will be signing Dorgu this summer. The 19-year-old is reportedly wanted by Tottenham, but there will be competition for his services, according to Italian news source Tuttosport.

According to the source, Dorgu is also being pursued by Atletico Madrid, Juventus, AC Milan, and Liverpool for a summer deal. According to reports, Dorgu is valued at approximately €20 million (£17 million) by Lecce. Several clubs are expected to show interest in signing him when the transfer window reopens in the summer.

Chelsea are not interested in Dorgu, despite the report’s mention of Spurs appearing to be. It appears like Chelsea may have an advantage over its London rivals even though the Blues haven’t been connected to a move for the Lecce defender.

Dorgu recently acknowledged his fondness for Chelsea and discussed the prospect of moving to the Premier League. The left-back, who is thought to be among Serie A’s most promising young players, continued by responding to the rumors that have been circulating about his future at Lecce

In response to speculation that he would depart Leece, Dorgu stated, “I don’t spend that much time on it,” in an interview with Flashscore last month.

“There are always rumours and there have also been some inquiries to my agent, but right now I am under contract in Lecce, and then we will have to see what happens.”

Dorgu went on, “It is obvious that this is a dream because I have been a Chelsea supporter for a long time. Not that I can’t play for other Premier League teams, but even if things aren’t going well for them at the moment, it’s my team.”
