Rennes aren’t the only club interested in the Colombian defender; Galatasaray is also interested, according to Hurriyet.

The Turkish site has a little section about the Istanbul club’s interest in the Tottenham player, in which it is reported that the centre-back would demand €4 million per year to leave London.

The defender only has one year left on his Spurs deal, so a fee would need to be paid on top of those wages, with earlier reports claiming the Premier League club wants €10-12 million.

It is unclear whether Galatasaray will pay or have paid that fee, but it is reported that they are ‘considering transferring a defender’ once they have resolved their midfield concerns, as Tottenham‘s Tanguy Ndombélé was once a target for them before deciding the move wasn’t for him.
