Even though he was a  center-back, Micky Van de Ven sprinted 75 yards with the ball and found Johnson with a lovely cross to help Spurs take an early lead.

Van van Ven was excellent the entire game, completing an astounding 97% of his passes. That truly all-time display of center defense play would have been enough to win him player of the match.

You can tell a team played really well when a player with a rating of 9/10 is only given “honourable mention.”

Kulusevski’s run of strong performances continued on Sunday, making him unquestionably Tottenham’s most in-form player of the 2024–25 campaign thus far.

At Old Trafford, the Swede was at the peak of his game. He set up a staggering nine chances for his teammates and finished the half with a well-executed goal.
