View: International ace to be fired amid Farke’s latest injury update- predicted Leeds XI vs. Leicester.

Glen Kamara is out as Archie Gray and Joe Rodon make decisions – Leeds United XI vs. Leicester City.

Daniel Farke may make changes to his starting eleven for Leeds United‘s Championship match against Leicester on Friday night.

The Whites travel to the King Power Stadium in excellent form after a 4-1 win over Huddersfield, but they have a difficult assignment against Enzo Maresca‘s side, who have won 13 of their 14 games this season.

And, following a fitness report from the manager during his press conference on Wednesday (1 November), it’s now been revealed that he may have to make some tough decisions.

Illan Meslier is not one of them, as he will play in goal despite fears that he suffered an injury against Huddersfield, but the defence is less certain.

Sam Byram should keep his left-back spot after impressing since his summer arrival, while Pascal Struijk has stepped up to captain the team in Liam Cooper‘s absence and done so admirably. However, decisions must be taken alongside them.

Joe Rodon hobbled off against Huddersfield with a hamstring issue, but Farke expects him to be okay for the encounter, which means he should start, while Jamie Shackleton continues to perform out of position, keeping Luke Ayling out.

Ethan Ampadu is the club’s and potentially the division’s number one midfielder, so he will undoubtedly be the first name on Farke‘s team sheet, but his partner in the side is certainly up for grabs.

Glen Kamara has started consistently alongside the Welshman in recent weeks, but Archie Gray has been outstanding and is likely to be restored to his preferred place in central midfield ahead of the seasoned Fin.

The Whites have been outstanding in attack, and the manager is unlikely to make too many changes following such a strong showing last time around.

In the absence of Wilfried Gnonto, Daniel James and Crysencio Summerville have made the wide positions their own, while Joel Piroe and Georginio Rutter‘s pairing should keep Patrick Bamford out of the starting lineup once more.
