Willy Gnonto and Georginio Rutter have agreed to define Leeds United in three words

Willy Gnonto and Georginio Rutter have each provided a three-word description of Leeds United.

Rutter has been at Elland Road for just under a year after joining from Hoffenheim in January, while Gnonto has been there for nearly 18 months after joining from FC Zurich.

Both players have known what it’s like to be a fan favourite at Leeds, and Rutter has been one of them this season. Meanwhile, Gnonto was a fan favourite during a difficult season last year.

Gnonto, Rutter, and Luke Ayling were all interviewed for Leeds United’s YouTube channel in an episode of ‘Hot Takes‘ and were asked to describe the club in three words.

Gnonto began by saying, “Passion, love, and craziness,” before Rutter simply said, “Marching on Together,” an answer that Ayling liked and agreed with.

Gnonto deserves more playing time for Leeds.
Fans have questioned whether Gnonto’s heart is still at the club after the summer debacle in which he refused to play, but there is no doubt that it is.

Gnonto is frequently doing media work for the club and always looks dangerous from the bench, and he is deserving of more minutes from the start.

Crysencio Summerville and Dan James have been in excellent form recently, but there are some games where Gnonto’s skillset would be better suited, and Farke should recognise that.

Gnonto is also close with players like Rutter and Summerville off the pitch, and that kind of chemistry is only going to benefit him on the pitch.

Gnonto is likely to get his chance to show what he can do with a busy period of fixtures coming up over the Christmas period, and hopefully he takes it.
